Shipping Policy
Yon-Ka Paris is not liable for stolen or missing packages. The customer is responsible for tracking and receiving their order. Yon-Ka Paris provides (via email) the tracking number from the carrier used to ship the order. You have the option to request a signature upon delivery for a $9 additional fee. Ground Shipping:
Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are delivered within 1-6 business days of the shipping date. Most Ground Shipping orders received before 3:30 pm ET (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. No orders are processed on weekends or major holidays.
*Free shipping for customer orders is excluded on orders to AK, HI, Guam, PR, and US Virgin Islands
2-Day Shipping:
Orders shipped via 2-Day Shipping are delivered within 2 business days of the shipping date. Most 2-Day Shipping orders received before 1:00 ET (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 1:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. No orders are processed on weekends or major holidays. Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Next Day Shipping:
Orders shipped via Next Day Shipping are delivered within 1 business day of the shipping date. Most Next Day Shipping orders received before 1:00 pm ET (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day, depending upon product availability. No orders are processed on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Confirmation Emails:
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.
NOTE:
If you choose to release the carrier from liability for your package, this will also release Yon-Ka Paris from any liabilities in the event that your order is damaged during transit, cannot be located after being scanned as delivered, or does not arrive at the specified address provided at the time of order placement.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND MAINTAINING THE CARRIER'S INSURANCE COVERAGE TO PROTECT YOUR PACKAGE AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE. YON-KA PARIS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE IF YOU CHOOSE TO RELEASE THE CARRIER FROM LIABILITY.
