Returns will only be accepted within 15 days after the product was delivered to you. Yon-Ka Paris reviews each return case by case, and returns/credits are subject to the discretion of Yonka-Paris.
We will gladly accept the return of any unused item purchased on shop.yonkausa.com. We cannot accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer has 15 days after the delivery date to contact our customer service about a damaged or defective item. After this delay, we won't be able to replace the product.
Items must be returned to us, unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories, within 15 days after they were delivered to you.
If a Product Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned.
If your order contained a gift with purchase, all products composing the gift with purchase must be returned unopened, along with the items you wish to return (unopened as well).
Yon-Ka Paris is not liable for stolen or missing packages. The customer is responsible for tracking and receiving their order. Yon-Ka Paris provides (via email) the tracking number from the carrier used to ship the order.
How to Return Your Product:
- Place unwanted items in the original packaging; if possible, make sure to include a copy of the packing slip. We recommend using protective packing to minimize any damage to the product. Remove any other labels from the package.

- We recommend that you insure the package when sending and retain the receipt. Yon-Ka Paris USA is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
- Please allow 14 business days for Yon-Ka Paris USA to receive and process your return. We will provide a store credit for the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits already given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of a kit, we will credit the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be credited.

How To Return Your Damaged Product:

Exchanges need to be processed as a return, funds will be credited to the original payment method. A new order will need to be placed for a new product.

Handling Missing or Stolen Orders-
If an order is missing, customers should check their surroundings and with neighbors. Yon-Ka Paris will open a claim with the carrier and reship after 7 days if there's no tracking update. For stolen or lost items that require reshipping, Yon-Ka Paris will send them to a UPS or FedEx access point for security.
Reward Points and Exchanges-
Reward points for returned items will be reversed. Exchanges are treated as returns, with funds credited to the original payment method.
Modifications to orders are subject to timing and shipping status. Yon-Ka Paris aims for quick dispatch, making post-submission changes challenging.
