We all know the carrot for its orange root, but few know that once it goes to flower, it also produces small seeds that are very rich in oil.

This seed oil has nothing in common with carrot juice: it concentrates the plant's beta-carotene and vitamin E in a fat-soluble form, ideal for nourishing and protecting the skin1.
